Will owing back taxes prevent my stimulus check from being direct deposited?

Also, will owing back taxes delay the receipt of my stimulus check?
I only owe $85.00 from my 2007 return, so even with interest and penalties I should be receiving a check.

If you owe taxes you will not get your stimulus check. it will be put towards the taxes you owe

yes you will get a check. for the remainder. they wont do direct deposit. visit irs.gov

I owed back taxes. What was left was DD this am, it’s a few weeks late though.
