Sorry to be cynical, I would call. For something called a stimulus check, the only the gov't stimulated it my frustration. Good luck getting the $$$. It would get mailed to that 2007 address. Secondly, did you get direct deposit (if so, it won't be in the mail). Third, do you have a roommate that might have taken it and either destroyed it or cashed it with false ID? Sorry... it is such a hassle dealing with the government!
