what will the stimulus package do for an individual?

I am confused about the stimulus package »”>stimulus package.I know that last year it was the rebate from the government. Will the new stimulus package offer a rebate?

nothing really – except suck the life out of your finances – we are giving A LOT of money to people who have already proven they can mis-manage huge sums of money.
I happen to manage my money really well, but now I’ll have to give more of it to the government so they can make it disappear into the black hole that is Washington DC.
