Hey guy, you realize that his middle name is a derivative of "Beautiful one", so you're calling him Beautiful One, Obama, when you use it. I think it is misguided, if we have to increase the deficit why not give the money to the taxpayers rather than industry? A good example is the transportation funding. Yes, the highway programs need that money. Yes, our infrastructure is absolutely a critical part of our nation. But no, that money won't create any jobs. Contractors aren't going to hire more people to do the work, they're going to stretch out the timeframe and pay the penalties for not meeting their deadlines, its cheaper than salary money. The funding for STD prevention and education is a good idea, I think that those of us living even modest middle class lives take for granted the options that we have when compared to the impoverished.
