I forgot some student loan information when I filed my taxes. I received my refund about a month ago and I just got some tax papers the other day and I can get about 400 dollars more by filing a 1040x. I want to make sure that filing the 1040x before may 2nd will not [...]

My girlfriend (in her 20s) did not make enough money to file taxes for 2007. And, based on some bad advice from her dad, she didn’t file to receive the economic stimulus check. Is there any thing that can be done now for her to receive that? or is it too late?

I am a part time nanny & get paid privately (best job while in college!). I still filed taxes & owed money for I think income tax, but that just came out of tax return’s orignal amount. I make about $10,000 a year. Should I expect a stimulus check?
