2009 Stimulus Check

My ex-husband owes past due child support. I know that his tax refund (if he is entitled to any) is always taken from him to pay down on his past due child support. I was wondering if the same thing would happen with his stimulus check or if that would actually go to [...]

My husband is owed over 20k from his ex. Her stimulus check would have been sent out sometime around July 9. How long does it take the child support agency to intercept? Also she has 2 other children. Would we get her childrens stimulus money too? Thank you!
