2009 Stimulus Check

I paid my taxes that I owed for 2007 via auto withdrawal from my checking this year. (I didn’t get a refund). I know they said the stimulus check would come via direct deposit if you did direct deposit for your refund, but does it work the other way around?

Help! I do not have any bank accounts at all. How can I cash my stimulus check? There are no banks near me that the check is drawn off from.
