That would have put many financial institutions back in the black. Then concentrate on the businesses that have shown good common sense in their practices. As it stands right now our government in many cases is throwing good money after bad. Now back on subject, the only viable solution to ridding ourselves of an illegal population is to remove all incentives. If they can't get jobs, or services, why would they come, and stay. It would cost a lot less, and take less time. E- verify is already in place, it cost nothing for the employers to use, and most that do use it are reporting it to be 98% affective. Several states are using it in social services with positive affects. Also, amend the 14th amendment to exclude children of foreign nationals who show no intent of becoming citizens.
