2009 Stimulus Check

The stimulus package »”>stimulus package phases out for those individuals who make more than $75,000. How are they determining the $75,000. For example, is it based on 2007 or 2006 AGI from the individuals 1040 form, or W-2’s from a certain year? Please let me know, and if you have a link so that I can see. Thanks.

When I did my taxes, I owed the IRS money, so I had them pull the money out ACH from my bank account. Does this mean they will deposit my stimulus check direct deposit into that same account?

i want a stimulus package »”>stimulus package, but there are so many alternatives.

I keep reading about Obama’s proposed stimulus package »”>stimulus package (much like Bush’s $600 pp last year) except nowhere does it say how much individual taxpayers can expect to receive. Anyone know?
