If so, there will be one check for $600 ($300 for each of them) and it will follow the schedule for the ss# of the first person listed on the return. Keep going until you get to the form that says "Where's my stimulus payment". You will have to enter the social security number as it was on the form they filled out, their filing status, and how many number of exemptions was put down. This will either show you when it should be mailed. If it is not ready it won't show at the time but keep trying. Mine showed the 23rd but it didn't arrive today. And the checks are mailed out according to the last two digits of the primary taxpayer - meaning whoever is listed first on the return. So if your dad is listed first, then it is according to his SSN. And allow a few days for the mail.
