My girlfriend (in her 20s) did not make enough money to file taxes for 2007. And, based on some bad advice from her dad, she didn’t file to receive the economic stimulus check. Is there any thing that can be done now for her to receive that? or is it too late?

I am 20 years old, and made well over $3000 last year. In theory I should get a check. However, my parents claimed me as a dependent. Should I expect to get a stimulus check?
